Section 1: Position Summary: The Human Resources Service Center Associate is responsible for delivering support to Ascensus associates, leaders and the Human Resources team. You will provide a high level of support for internal clients, with accurate and timely responses to inquiries submitted in the Human Resources case management system in Workday. Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to level one cases regarding associate benefit programs, human resources policies and programs, and all other general HR questions. Assign level two Help cases to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence team. Manage full life cycle of assigned cases from acknowledgment to follow up and resolution, all within service standards. Maintain associates’ data in Workday by assisting leaders with Leader Self Service tasks and properly informing associates how to use Workday. Process assigned Workday tasks and processes timely.
