The Learning Specialist supports training delivery across field locations. This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders to assist with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning on the job to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
