Job Description: As an integral part of the Operational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work readiness interventions that improve the soft and hard skills of program participants. Effectiveness of the interventions will be measured by improving the job readiness and employment preparation that lead to job placement of the individuals we serve. Within this role, you will facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients, and participants state-wide. Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops.
