Role description: The Senior Rewards Specialist (Fixed Term Contract, 12 Months) will support and help lead the design, governance and delivery of Arcadis APM reward activities, ensuring alignment to Arcadis’ global reward framework, pay transparency objectives, and transition plans. Role accountabilities: Reward Strategy & Design - Support the design and implementation of reward structures (fixed pay, STI, LTI, benefits) aligned to global reward philosophy and market benchmarks. - Contribute to harmonisation of reward practices across APM and Arcadis, ensuring consistency and fairness.
