Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments. - 3 years of experience managing technical teams, or serving as a team lead/mentor for technical teams. - Experience leading technical conversations with customer stakeholders or managing escalations. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field. - Experience managing teams focused on cloud operations, SRE, or technical account management. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, support, product) to drive customer outcomes. - Understanding of cloud computing concepts (Networking, IAM, Compute, Storage) and operational frameworks (ITIL, DevOps, SRE). - Ability to attract and develop talent, with coaching team members to improve performance. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
