Location/Department: Archdiocese of Angeles - Catholic Education Foundation Status: Exempt, Full Time: POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Director of the Catholic Education Foundation, the Associate Director of Development is a key member of CEF and development team, responsible for the cultivating and stewarding relationships with prospects and enhancing existing donor relations. The Associate Director is involved in a full range of development, stewardship and marketing/communication duties, including working collaboratively with other CEF staff. The Associate Director must demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and be a good listener, outgoing, sincere, and hard-working, and passionate for Catholic school education. A high level of maturity, integrity, initiative, creativity and confidentiality is required.
