Ensure the safe and cost-effective delivery of care with a single practice including the work of 6 providers or fewer. Provides supervision responding to the needs of patients, staff, and providers. Management of personnel, fiscal resources, delegation of responsibilities, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices including patient interactions, utilization/optimization of Epic, clinical workflow, documentation and resolution of issues, processing financial and business forms, scheduling, customer service and clinical encounters.
