YOUR OPPORTUNITY: As Commercial Finance Manager for Portugal, you’ll be a core member of the Portugal Leadership Team and the right ‑ hand to the Head of Commercial. You will drive financial performance, influence strategic decisions, and embed world ‑ class finance practices across the market. You ’ ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Shared Services to ensure Bacardi Portugal meets its short ‑ term targets and long ‑ term growth objectives. ABOUT YOU: You must be a self-starter, Fearless to influence decision making and drive capability across Portugal, mixing detail & the bigger picture to drive growth in line with strategy. You must demonstrate a Founder’s mentality, taking ownership for the P&L & our core KPIs to help Portugal beat dynamic plan. As a leader within the South Cluster Finance team you will consistently drive high performance with your team, and be comfortable influencing & communicating across the matrix at all levels.
