Position Summary: Responsible for managing transport customer information in the software system including nominations, scheduling, confirmations, allocations, imbalance management, and contract administration. Troubleshoots and resolves gas scheduling problems and customer issues. Provides accurate and effective guidance to team members. Essential Responsibilities: Perform problem recognition, troubleshooting and resolution capabilities for both customer issues and the scheduling software system. Guide internal and external stakeholders with all aspects of the gas transportation process including nominations, imbalance resolution, billing inquiries, prior period adjustments or any other potential scheduling system issues that may arise.
