The Team: The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Sales Development & AI will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, with a dedicated focus on our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization & GTM AI. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in tech, management consulting, investment banking, and business development to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set corporate strategy, launch new GTM programs, improve efficiency across the business, and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will act as a key partner to GTM leadership, helping shape the future of how we leverage AI to scale, operate, and enable one of Datadog’s most critical growth engines.
