Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Product Coordinator Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Primary Responsibilities: - This position may perform any combination of the following duties: - Interface with sales force to provide support information - Configure equipment modifications and enter orders for new equipment and accessories that comply with customer's specifications - Maintain, updated and keep accurate inventory records - Act as primary liaison with other Cat dealers for equipment trades - Coordinate all details between manufacturing facilities and services branches with respect to production, shipment and assembly schedules - Serve as primary contact with outside vendors for various accessory purchases - Review and approve freight bills for accuracy before processing for payment - Update and maintain equipment purchase schedules to meet Cat Demand Management programs - Ensure utilization of existing inventory of par...
