Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Facilities Safety and Compliance Specialist is responsible for identifying potential hazards and safety concerns at commercial and residential sites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and licensing requirements. Promoting a safe work environment, providing training on the proper use of equipment and keeping detailed reports and documentation are also key responsibilities. This position will report to the VP of Property Management and will be compensated on an hourly basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct thorough inspections of all residential and commercial properties both interior and exterior to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards and licensure requirements. Work with agency authorized vendors and or the Maintenance Supervisor to follow through on any identified safety issues or repairs. · Management of required inspections for each facility to include: scheduling inspections with appropriate vendors and Venture staff, ensuring proper physical documentation is maintained at each location and electronically and following through on any deficiencies or recommen...
