This is a Remote Role The Role: AAPC’s Training department is seeking an Instructor Operations Manager to support and lead faculty within its Instructor-Led Training department. This role is responsible for faculty support, onboarding, coaching, performance oversight, and day-to-day issue resolution across live virtual courses. The Instructor Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring instructors are prepared, supported, and held to consistent quality standards while helping maintain a strong student experience.
