Support execution of customer events. Support building of Komatsu product portfolio within the GHG Alliance Program. Deliver actionable insights from a project level that the organizational stakeholders need to know. Promote teamwork and communication within the project tteams to build a common understanding of requirements and expectations. Develop Project Plans/Schedule for projects based on program needs and resources. Drive adherence and improvements to the Product Management Process within the GHG Alliance. Manage execution and adherence to project schedules per the needs of GHG Alliance members. Milestone reviews and keep management and stakeholders informed of progress and issues on projects. Give guidance and promote commonality amongst multiple projects and groups.
