About the role The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for partnering with Services Leadership providing financial reporting, P&L analysis, planning, and forecasting. This position requires a strong accounting and analytical aptitude. This position requires the ability to multitask, collaborate at all levels of the business, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Annual compensation: $95K USD: What you'll be doing: - Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. - Collaborate with the management team to improve operational and financial performance. - Guides cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. - Assists in the month-end close processes and financial reporting. - Prepare monthly reporting package sub-schedules and P&L variance analysis. - Develops best practice process flows in defined area of responsibility. - Prepares ad hoc reports and analysis, as requested by management. - Creates and maintains reports for senior managemen...
