Job Title Assistant Director/Career Navigator Department: Career Advisors Group 1 Worker Type: Regular Pay Type: Salary Position Salary Minimum: $45,000 (Navigator) $47,000 (Assistant Director) Position Salary Maximum: $50,000 (Navigator) $55,000 (Assistant Director) Salary will be commensurate with the level of the position, education, and experience. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Benefit Eligible: Yes Screening Date: 2026-04-20 Job Description Summary: The Career Navigator/Assistant Director delivers a comprehensive career exploration and development strategy for designated student populations designed to prepare our students for internships (and other career-related opportunities) and post-graduation success. Additionally, this role will create and maintain relationships with faculty and employers in assigned areas and with collaboration with the Center’s Employer Relations Team. This role will seek out, promote and effectively complete career advising appointments with students, lead presentations, and plan events designed to help students be career-ready.
