DRIVE YOUR FUTURE: Contact Center Specialist ensure good communication with internal and external customers of the company. Manages phone calls received from clients; · Provide support to the sales team; Provide support in marketing projects. YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES: - Receiving and Redirecting Phone Calls from Customers - Ensuring Communication of Solutions and Support - Anticipating and Responding to Client Expectations - Preparing and Verifying Documents and Reports WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, especially when entering orders and preparing reports. - Communication: Keep lines of communication open with all stakeholders, both internal and external. - Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction. - Customer Focus: Always keep the client’s needs at the forefront of your actions to ensure a positive customer experience. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
