Warehouse Machine Operator

Job description

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient quality control, production flow, and minimal downtime. Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm Starting Rate: $20.50 - $22.00/hr: Operate and monitor automated machinery in a safe and efficient manner Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and adjustments as needed Ensure machines are operating efficiently and producing quality products Interface with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to control and monitor the machine Support troubleshooting efforts by providing detailed feedback on machine issues and upset conditions Follow standard operating procedures (SOPS) of equipment Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery Assist team members during repairs and equipment upgrades Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis activities Demonstrate Rheem’s core values: listening to understand, contributing respectfully, thinking creatively, acting with responsibility Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers Build and maintain effective working relationships through collaboration and timely communicatio...
