This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: York, Nebraska Area (Onsite): Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 Base + Performance Bonus (Historically 10–15%) Title may be elevated to Vice President based on experience and leadership scope. We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network architecture, oversee data center operations, and define the long-term infrastructure strategy for a stable, growth-focused financial institution. This is a high-visibility leadership role with executive interaction and full ownership of the infrastructure function. The organization is actively investing in modernization initiatives, including a Microsoft 365 cloud migration and Cisco switching refresh, and requires a leader who can elevate both the technical environment and team performance.
