ABOUT THE JOB – Research & Development Engineer Location: Houston, Westplain Campus: Work Environment: On-site Monday – Friday Work Schedule/Hours: Normal Business Hours: Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $90,000 – 105,000+ USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. As R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for projects of varying size and complexity. You will leverage state-of-the-art simulation tools, such as CFD and CAD, as well as perform hands-on testing and validation to help solve technically challenging problems (i.e., root cause analysis). You will work closely with other disciplines from Product Management to Engineering Design, Manufacturing, and Sales to improve current designs and identify solutions needed to meet new global market trends.
