The Functional Analyst will analyze, document, and support the implementation of functional requirements for Federal Government enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience bridging business needs with technical solutions. As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document functional requirements for enterprise system implementations and enhancements. - Facilitate requirements for workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and validate functional needs. - Develop functional specifications, process flows, and use cases for system development and configuration. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented. - Support system testing activities, including developing test cases, executing tests, and validating results. - Analyze functional gaps between current-sta...
