Job Description: This position is open to Louisville Metro Residents and works on a Hybrid schedule. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Implement, support, and maintain a Zoom Voice-Over-IP environment - Support and maintain all XMedius cloud faxing - Assist with the installation, support and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN architecture - Analyze and isolate issues providing support to other information technology teams and users - Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users - Assists in the managing of networking vendors for installation/maintenance of software or hardware - Maintains inventory and stock, and takes responsibility for tools and test equipment - Create technical support documentation for relevant systems and applications - Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by organization to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the organization.
