YOUR OPPORTUNITY: Being part of the On-Trade team developing our brands in the growing channels looking to gain market share in a profitable way. Belong to a team that is changing the model, with focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for primos who want be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. You need to be results oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: - As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model. - Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers - Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets - You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase. - You will identify opportunities and guide the development and ex...
