This role This role supports the smooth day to day running of ATC’s warehouse and yard operations, alongside facilities coordination and administrative support within the office. The position plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, safety and compliance, while also assisting the Office Administrator with routine administrative tasks. The role works closely with Warehouse, Planning, H&S and Office teams to ensure ATC standards are met and customer expectations are maintained. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Yard Operations: 1.Support daily, weekly and monthly warehouse and yard activities across ATC operations. 2.Assist with performance and activity reporting, including KPI data where required. 3.Ensure warehouse equipment, including ramps, EPTs and tools, are accurately recorded, available and fit for purpose. 4.Help structure and organise warehouse activities to ensure efficient use of resources and meet changing customer demands. 5.Work with the Planning team using ATC systems, including Teams groups such as “DUB Warehouse OPS”, to track trailers in the yard and equipment requirements. 6.Support yard operations to ensure access routes are kept clea...
