Intern - Digital HR Advisory (m/f/d)

Job description

We’re looking for a curious intern who is passionate about HR strategy and HR tech to join our Digital HR Advisory team . As Digital HR Advisory, we support companies in future-proofing their HR function-human-centered, data-driven, and AI-ready. You will support us in one or more of our core consulting areas and in selected client projects, for example, through the following activities: - Support in analyzing and optimizing global HR processes and systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday) within the broader HR IT system landscape. - Contribute to projects in the areas of HR transformation and target operating model. - Co-create change management strategies and develop communication and training materials. - Support work in Talent & Rewards, for example, building a skill-based job architecture or implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive. - Analyze and develop AI use cases and other potential áreas. - Prepare local and global client workshops. - Support day-to-day work around portfolio and proposals/tenders.
