Central AI Team Manager

Job description

The Central AI Team Manager leads the group’s central AI capability within IT, acting as the primary orchestrator, enabler, and technical authority for AI adoption across the organization. As Central AI Team Manager you will drive the development of AI governance, frameworks, platforms, and reusable components, delivers selected group‑wide AI projects, and fosters innovation while ensuring responsible AI practices across the group. You will be working in close collaboration with Local CIOs, the Head of Group Cybersecurity, the Head of Group Engineering & Architecture, some central teams (as Data & Office IT), as well as the AI Incubator & Innovation teams, ensuring that AI solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with group‑wide technology standards. You will report directly to the Group CIO.
