You’ll partner closely with leadership to support decision-making, ensure compliance, and strengthen financial processes in a fast-paced construction environment. T his unique rol e is bridging controllership into a unified function supporting two legacy independent businesses that are combining into one and will report to the Business Unit President. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes accounting role. In construction, everything runs on relationships, collaboration, and shared purpose—so being in person matters.
