Market Range: 22 Hiring Salary: Salary Commensurate with Education and Experience The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine invites applications and nominations for the position of Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs. This is a part-time (0.50 FTE) non-tenure administrative appointment that plays a key leadership role in advancing the College’s academic mission through strategic oversight of faculty affairs, academic policy, and faculty development. EDUCATION: Terminal degree (MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent) and eligibility for faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor. EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated leadership experience in academic administration, preferably within a medical school or health science center. Proven experience with faculty affairs processes, including promotion and tenure, appointments, and academic policy development. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and units.
