Job Description Location: Nashville, TN: Reports To: VP, DC Operations Salary: $160K - $180K (based on individual qualifications) Annual Bonus: 20% Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401K Travel: 10%-20% Position Summary: The Distribution Center General Manager (GM2) is responsible for leading a high-performing, fully automated distribution center that supports the timely and accurate delivery of auto parts and accessories to Advance Auto Parts retail locations. This highly visible leadership role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations, developing talent, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, automated environment. The GM will oversee a team of approximately 30 managers and up to 500 team members, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and a culture of engagement and accountability.
