Aging Life Care Manager Make a difference while also having the flexibility to control your schedule! Join our Complex Case Care Management & Special Needs Travel team and use your skills to greatly enhance the quality of life of seniors and other adults who are physically or cognitively challenged. HOURS A full-time position with some flexibility. The right candidate must be available to work some weekends, holidays or “on-call” as necessary for client safety. Hours will increase as case load increases.
