Certified Investigator (Part-Time)

Community Options, Inc. is an national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are actively seeking a part-time Certified Investigator in Manhattan, NY . The Certified Investigator conducts all investigations related to individual abuse, incidents, and other agency affairs as needed by the agency within the state required timeframes. This is a per diem - will be paid on a daily basis. Starting pay is: $30.00/ per hour Responsibilities - Conduct in person and virtual interviews and collect written statements and other supporting documentation pertinent to investigation - Act as the point of contact for investigations and coordinate the investigation process, collecting information requested by the investigator, schedule staff interviews, and visit homes/programs - Submit investigative reports in a timely manner, and corrective actions plans according to the Justice Center requirements - Knowledgeable of OPWDD Incident Reporting Management Application RMA - Conduct agency-wide programmatic internal audits and ensure that the agency is prepared for external audits - Review investigation recommendations with the QA/Incident Management Comm...
