Manage and support technical teams, facilitate training with product experts, and ensure successful software integration with regional partner teams. Manage multiple projects, process improvements and document issues resulting from software testing. Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Agile, SAFe, software development lifecycle, and business analysis, and facilitate technical training to ensure teams follow established software development practices. Communicate software development and testing status with upper management, as required.
