Global Product Owner Planning - Services Supply Chain Description -: Job Summary: ITR&SSC in Manage Services and Customer Support, is the organization in Digital Transformation that provides the value to the biz through technology and innovation, listening the biz needs, looking for the optimal IT resources through a planned POA that contains several Programs and Projects. Our organization look after Customer Support and Manage Services , either Front end orders entry down to SSC till ultimately customer and billing and Finance. Both Contractual and Transactional, Network SSC and Planning and Procurement best class capabilities. More in particular this role is opened in ITR_SSC as Planning Product Owner for SSC (Functional area: Forecast the Spares demands across the entire network WW). This role is responsible for managing and leading multiple programs, developing program strategy, and driving innovation. The role collaborates with relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of program progress, escalations, and evaluates program plans for compliance.
