Recruiting Manager Company: Securitas: Location: Grove City, OH Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually The position will start in Grove City and will eventually relocate to Dublin. Position Summary: Securitas is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a high-volume recruiting team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing recruiting operations, driving hiring results, developing team performance, and ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruiting and team management , along with solid experience in reporting, data tracking, and Office 365 tools . This person should be comfortable leading recruiters, managing hiring metrics, partnering with operational leaders, and using data to drive accountability and results.
