- Identify growth drivers and opportunities for insurance through portfolio analysis, market trends, and analysis of customer needs; - Understand and develop assisted sales bank-insurance distribution strategy leveraging a combination of retail networks (agencies and remote) and online channels – for both Life and Non-Life insurances; - Be an accelerator for the sales of Insurance products : define and implement commercial priorities, build and deploy KPI, manage commercial steering and performance monitoring, act as the orchestrator of campaigns, detect and share commercial best practices,… - Coordinate with internal stakeholders within and outside of the Tribe Insurance : Product Value Spaces, Retail Advice teams, representatives of independent network, Remote Advice Center, Business Banking commercial teams; How to succeed: We hire smart people like you for your potential.
