About This Role As a Principal Systems Engineer you will lead the design, modeling, and architectural development of advanced chiller systems. Based in Charlotte, NC, this technical leadership position focuses on the thermodynamic optimization of HVAC solutions and the successful transition of new technologies from concept to production. You will be responsible for the high-level system architecture, ensuring all designs meet performance and reliability requirements through rigorous testing and DOE methodologies. You will serve as a critical link between the technology organization and product marketing to ensure engineering output aligns with market requirements and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design, fluid filtration and pumping Lead engineering teams in the completion of engineering technology projects.
