Overview of Role The TSMC North America Legal division is seeking an experienced paralegal wishing to execute, develop, and improve our handling of litigation, e-discovery, contract management, and legal operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional project management skills, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, leading through influence and not rank, and being comfortable with being accountable.
