Highway Operations Technician Supervisor Job Location: Address: Kingman Maintenance 3660 E. Andy Devine Ave Kingman, AZ 86401 Posting Details: Salary: $71,179.68 Grade: 22: Closing Date: May 6th, 2026: Job Summary: Manage the assets of the maintenance operation unit which include; develop, implement, and monitor annual work program while meeting commitments of schedule and budget. Compose strategic plans to align with goals, supervise staff; accountable for incident response and management and winter operations Operate and maintain roadway system, components and features as well as Departments heavy equipment fleet Provide input for the project development process: recommend locations for new construction and spot improvement projects Work with the Superintendent and the Assistant District Engineer. Will respond to emergency callouts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Overtime will be required to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties: Prepare, execute and adjust annual work program.
