Located in the heart of St. Louis, the ICL Carondelet Plant is a key manufacturing facility specializing in the production of sodium, potassium, aluminum, and calcium phosphates. With a team of approximately 140 dedicated employees, the plant plays a vital role in delivering high quality products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and teamwork. As the Engineering Manager , you will have responsibility for the development and execution of the site capital plan. You will partner with other functional managers to understand plant needs, and formulate a short term and long term capital strategy. You will provide direction to the team of project managers to successfully execute projects.
