Description Job Summary: The Food and Nutrition Services Assistant supports the preparation, assembly, delivery, and service of meals to patients, staff, and visitors in accordance with dietary guidelines, physician orders, and hospital policies. The position ensures safe food handling, sanitation, and a positive dining experience for patients while assisting in daily kitchen operations. All job requirements listed indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills and ability deemed necessary to perform the job proficiently.
