Field Service Technician Department: Savannah 201722: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Fort Wayne: Reporting To: Matthew Evans: Compensation: $18 - $19 / year Description: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for transport, install (if applicable), and maintain equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other vending equipment in an organized and structured manner. This team is also responsible for shop rebuilding of vending & office coffee equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for repairing and installing vending & office coffee equipment to promote continuous operation of the machines. - Transports equipment, installs replacement parts, and performs repairs using tools and other vending equipment at various accounts/locations throughout Detroit and surrounding areas using a company vehicle. - Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machine to working order in the field. - May include swapping failed equipment, cleaning and/or minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component of the machine. - Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers and clients Will run electrical wire and plumbing tubes as needed. - Responds promptly to custome...
