Job Title: Summer Operations Assistant Reports To: Guest Services Manager Position Overview The Assistant provides summertime operational assistance across several areas of the Company: including but not limited to the Town Store, Jasper Riding Stables, and Guest Services operations. The employee reports directly to the Guest Services Manager but may report to another Supervisor during their tasks. This role supports daily guest interactions, retail sales, bookings for tours and activities, and general operational organization. The position also assists with systems maintenance, inventory coordination, documentation, and administrative coverage as required to ensure smooth operations across departments. This is a full-time seasonal role, with hours varying based on operational needs and seasonal activity. The contract typically runs mid-May thru mid-October.
