Job Description Position Summary: The Vice President (VP), Investor Relations is responsible for leading the company’s global investor relations strategy and serving as the primary liaison between the organization, the investment community, shareholders, and financial analysts. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to communicate the company’s financial performance, growth strategy, market positioning, and long-term value proposition. The VP of Investor Relations will drive transparency, credibility, and confidence within the investment community while supporting capital markets activities and ensuring consistent messaging across all external financial communications.
