Senior Operations Integration Specialist

Job description

At NorthBay Health, the Senior Operations Integration Specialist is responsible for project management, coordination, and execution oversight of enterprise integration initiatives, typically in support of mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships. This role supports integration planning, drives cross-functional alignment, manages risk, and ensures delivery against Day-One readiness and long-term value realization objectives. Primary Job Duties: Integration Planning & Execution - Develop and maintain the workstream integration plans across all assigned workstreams, including scope definition, milestones, dependencies, ownership, escalations, communication, and timelines. - Partner with functional leaders to build detailed workstream plans, translating integration strategy and TSA/APA requirements into executable deliverables. - Own and continuously manage the integration critical path, with emphasis on Day-One readiness sequencing and pre-close decision requirements. - Identify, map, and actively manage cross-workstream interdependencies, proactively addressing sequencing conflicts, risks, and resource constraints.
