Your Role As HR Manager for the French market, you will lead People initiatives for Affinity Petcare in France, adapting the global HR strategy to local priorities and business context.As part of a matrix organization, you will act as a key partner to the Country General Manager, supporting the implementation of the HR strategy across the French market. You will be responsible for driving and executing HR programs and initiatives for the Topline, Finance, and HR teams, while ensuring alignment and consistency across the local perimeter in coordination with Affinity Operations.Within our international HR team, you will collaborate closely with global HR functions such as Talent, Internal Communication, and Compensation & Benefits, as well as with peers across Spain, France, and the UK.
