Job Description The Director, FP&A – The position is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and governance of financial planning and performance management processes. This position partners cross ‑ functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial inputs, consistent reporting, and alignment with business objectives. The role is responsible for analyzing financial performance against plan and providing insights that support business decision ‑ making. It also contributes to the ongoing improvement of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes and tools. This position plays a key role in preparing financial analysis and materials for leadership reviews, operating discussions, and strategic initiatives.
