Job title - Senior Scientist, Detergent, Growth Office, Perfumery & Beauty (79823) Location – Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland: Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support laundry innovation projects in alignment with the Home Strategic Segment Unit’s strategic objectives. - Drive the deployment of innovation projects, including preparation and delivery of client briefings. - Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for launched products across regional and global client portfolios. - Manage and coordinate laboratory technicians to ensure efficient and high ‑ quality execution of laboratory activities. - Support intellectual property (IP)–related processes and activities. - Collaborate effectively with cross ‑ functional teams, including Science & Research, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Development. - Engage in hands ‑ on technical collaboration directly with clients to support product development and implementation.
