Responsibilities: Responsibilities for the Slaughter Food Safety Technician position include but are not limited to: Food Safety Technicians are responsible for monitoring carcasses and the processing aids used in the slaughter process. This may include checking spray nozzle patterns, titrating organic acids, visual inspections of product, monitoring sanitary dressing, and speaking with production personnel. Food Safety Technicians assist with sampling and perform pre-operational environmental inspections. Other duties as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position.
