Nature and Scope Plumas District Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and provide Physical Therapy services for patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. Hiring Incentive: - $10,000 full time/ $5,000 part time - $1,200/month relocation assistance for 3 months, if you do not currently have housing available within 35 miles of PDH and need to relocate to accept the offered position” Location: Quincy, CA: Compensation: Compensation Range: - Full-Time and Part-Time Pay Scale: $55.51 - $79.14 - Per Diem Pay Scale: $66.61 - $94.97 Compensation Philosophy: - We have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience Job Status / Shift Information: - Per Diem, Part-Time or Full-time Available - You will be employed in our inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing facility departments, you may be requested to provide assistance across any of these departments as needed.
