Key Responsibilities: - Manage Salesforce to ensure accurate orders, inventory, and customer data. - Update and communicate customer commit dates at SKU level, ensuring alignment with supply availability. - Manage customer receipts, including completion of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and Goods Receipts (GRs). - Confirm and reconcile inventory positions with customers to maintain accuracy and trust. - Attend and contribute to OEM meetings, providing updates, insights, and action follow-ups. - Track, analyse, and report KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficienc...
